Personal goals
Clarify what you want to work towards and why it matters to you, with room for your goals to evolve.
Life coaching with GROW
Life coaching for personal goals, decisions and the changes you want to make. A place to pause, explore your options and choose your next step.
01 / Coaching
You might have a clear goal, a choice to make, or simply a sense that something needs to change. We can start there.
Clarify what you want to work towards and why it matters to you, with room for your goals to evolve.
Explore a decision or a new chapter, consider the options open to you and find a direction that feels like your own.
Look at your priorities, what is helping or getting in the way, and the practical changes you would like to try.
02 / About me
Associate Coach Diploma, Optimus Coach Academy
Working towards ICF ACC
Letter6 co-founder
I’m a life coach and a co-founder of Letter6 Coaching Collective. I hold the Associate Coach Diploma from Optimus Coach Academy and I’m working towards the International Coaching Federation’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. I take a generalist approach: our conversations can explore different areas of your life, guided by what matters to you.
My current coaching approach uses the GROW model. It offers a clear structure for exploring your goals, your current reality, the options open to you and your way forward, while keeping your choices at the centre.
You might bring a personal goal, a decision you’re weighing up or a sense that something needs to change. Together, we can make space to understand what you want and identify practical steps you’re willing to take.
03 / My approach
GROW gives our conversations a useful starting point. We can return to each part as your thinking develops and your priorities become clearer.
What would you like to achieve? Explore what matters to you and what progress could look like.
Where are you now? Consider your circumstances, what is helping and what is getting in the way.
What could you do? Explore possibilities and different approaches before deciding what fits.
What will you do next? Choose practical steps you are willing to take and how you want to follow through.
Your goal can change as you learn more about yourself. The structure supports your thinking; you choose your direction.

04 / A first conversation
A free 30-minute introductory conversation is a chance to talk about what you’re looking for, ask questions and explore whether coaching together feels right for you.
If another coach in the Letter6 collective seems better suited to your needs, I can help you connect with them, with your agreement. You choose who you work with.
Choose a time on Calendly, or send me a message if you’d prefer to start in writing. There’s no need to book a call to get in touch.
No. You can bring a question, a decision or something you would like to explore. Our introduction is a chance to talk about what might be useful to you.
We can discuss how we might work together, including session arrangements and fees, before you decide whether to continue.
I’m one of its co-founders, alongside Sarah Halverson. We run independent coaching practices and share a belief in thoughtful conversation, reflection and learning. The collective offers different approaches and help finding a coach who fits your needs. Meet the collective.
